2) This was suppose to be on Friday BUT the weather looks rainy for Friday and beautiful today (Wed.) I wanted to make sure and squeeze in this fun little workout! 


Triathlon Day :)
Run 1 Mile
Row 1600 M 
Bike 1 Mile
100 Russian KB Swings 55/35
50 Box Jump Over 24/20" 

Here's the fun part:
1.) You may break it however you like.
2.) You may complete in any order.

40:00 to finish. Quick Warm-Up today, and then lets get it going!
