Hey Everyone, we are still without water at the gym BUT we will have a temporary line installed sometime tomorrow morning. I am not 100% sure as to what classes will and won't have water SO please plan accordingly and we really appreciate your understanding while we get this matter taken care of. 

Back Squat 
After a few warm up sets complete:
5 x 75%
3 x 85%
Attempt a new 1 rep max!

SUPERSET each set with;

5 Weighted Chin-Ups (underhand grip)
*If you can not use weight, strict/banded or bent rows Complete a few lighter sets during your squat warm up sets also.

15:00 AMRAP:
30 Double Unders
15 Wall Balls 20/14
30 Double Unders
15/10 Pull-Ups
Classic Style today. We have done a similar one with KB Swings instead of Pull-Ups. It's a breather that's for sure!
RX+ 5/3 Muscle Ups
