Spend a lot of time doing mobility and getting ready to run today for the warm-up. That first section will take care of you for getting ready to hit some big weights. As taxing as it looks, it makes you feel pretty good going into those big lifts.

Scale to be done by the time caps.... Share bars for the back squats and be ready to go.  You have 1:00 Rest built into each section for transitions. Warm up will be quick so vbe ready to get set and go!
